Our salon is open for all your shopping adventures by appointment only!

We are so excited to be open after having to close our doors due to the pandemic, but there are a few new requirements that have been put in place to keep you, our employees and their families safe.

It is such an exciting part of your planning process and we are anxiously waiting to help you find the gown of your DREAMS, but please read on before scheduling your appointment. 

Appointment Requirements

1. Each appointment can have up to 4 quests. We must limit the number of guests in our store on order to comply with state regulations. 

2. Masks are required at all times per the CDC guidelines. If there is a guest in your appointment who has health issues and is unable to wear a mask, please make us aware before your appointment.  

3. Proper undergarments are required when trying our gowns on (ex. underwear). We have Spanx for purchase and our magic bra is available for try on with our gowns. They are all disinfected after each appointment and try-on. 

4. Please reschedule your appointment if you or someone you know has or has been in contact with somebody with COVID symptoms.

What if my event date is rapidly approaching?

Shipping for special orders varies by designer, so please ask your stylist about quick ship options and the purchase of sample gowns in-store. We are doing everything that we can to stay educated on updates for our state and any shipping delays our designers may be facing. 

Ask your stylist about the "Love at First Sight Sale" for savings on your FIRST visit with us!

What happens if your store has to shut down?

The world is full of uncertainties right now, and we completely understand your concerns. As with the previous shutdown we will stay in contact with our designers and contact info would be made easily available to you on our front door, website, and sent via email. 

In the event my wedding is cancelled due to Covid, what would my next steps be?

We know couples are having to cancel or postpone their wedding dates, and we will do our BEST to help you with what to do next. In the wedding industry as a whole, purchases from our salon are unable to be cancelled. We have options to help you explore ways to store or sell your merchandise.

Your wedding/event process is suppose to be an exciting and fun time. We are here to do anything that we can to help your shopping experience to be everything you DREAMED of, even in this uncertain world!
