Tariffs, Ice Storms, and Prom

With many of us still without power (including our own employees), we are grateful to have lights and heat as of this morning! Our hearts go out to everyone still without power. If you are in need of resources, join Emmet County Helping Hands on Facebook, and follow the City of Petoskey live info feed here for information on active warming shelters with food, electricity, and supplies. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to get up-to-date info on our open status in the event of any more outages.

Tariffs are a huge conversation right now among our designers, with many resulting in cost increases. Please know we are absorbing as many of these increases as we can, rather than passing them on to you. For our Canadian resident customers, we are offering 15% off any in-stock merchandise when paid in USD cash. Please make sure to have your drivers license or other proof of residency on hand. We value your business and hope to see you soon!

Prom Season is in full swing (T-24 days until Petoskey's prom!), with students arriving back from spring break ready to lock in their look. This year we are seeing a resurgence of high-drama styles - think layers of lace, rhinestones, or ruffles - while some students are opting for sleek, fitted styles, often with an adjustable corset back for the perfect fit. For suits and tuxedos, it's either James Bond classic black tie, or super unique options like a paisley coat with white pants and loafers. Our consultants love helping you create the perfect look!

Schedule your appointment to book your fitting room. We want you to have the best selection in case you need alterations (a hem to shorten your dress or pants, for example). Make sure to give yourself time for anything along those lines! Call us at 231-347-6922 with any questions.

xo,

Your Friends at Petoskey Bridal
