Virtual Appointments Available

It’s important to remember that the distance and isolation will not last forever, but your love will! As your wedding events may get postponed and be pushed back, nothing can cancel love and celebration. We are here to help you prepare for those celebrations and eager to shop with you!

Since you can’t come to us, we are bringing all the excitement of finding your dream gown to your home. You can schedule a virtual appointment with one of our style experts to help you find the wedding gown of your dreams.

Our virtual styling appointments will be for the purpose of guiding you through your options, showing you our available inventory, and sharing our tips & tricks just as we do in our salon.

After your virtual appointment, you will be able to select 5 gowns for curbside pick-up to take home and try-on. We will not be shipping these gowns, as they will be available for customer curbside pick-up only.

We are excited to be such a special part of your wedding day memories! In the midst of these unprecedented circumstances, we believe that it’s important to look forward to celebrating your love even when your event dates get postponed or cancelled.

At-Home Trying Details:

First, click the “schedule your appointment” button below to set up a time with our style experts. This is a preliminary Facetime appointment to guide you through our available inventory, an appropriate size for you, and find gowns that you would like to try-on. You will then discuss with your stylist which 5 gowns to prepare for your at-home try-on. (The number may vary depending on demand)

Second, we will set a curbside pick-up time for you to take the gowns home. We will need a credit card on file, as a $150 deposit is required per dress. The card number will be held securely on file while the gowns are at your home.

When you say yes to your dress, the entire deposit amount will be applied towards your purchase. This is only done when all gowns are returned and there are no damages found. If a second set of dresses is requested, the initial set must be returned before the next set is picked up and the deposit will be held until both sets are received back in our salon.

If you can’t decide and continue on our gown search, all deposits will be returned except for a $150 non-refundable at-home try-on fee.

Lastly, you will have 3-5 days from when you receive the gowns to drop them back off at the salon. We include a clip kit to assist in helping fit the gowns properly to your body, just as we would if you were in our salon.

When you find your dream gown with us, we will send you with a celebratory kit! This kit includes:

  • A complimentary bottle of wine as a thank you for including us in your special day!

  • An “I said yes at PBS” chalk board sign to take your picture and send to us.

  • A “Love at First Sight” Discount of 15% off your total (when you say yes on your initial appointment).

  • Discount goodies for you entire wedding party!

Ready, Set, Schedule!

***Fine print: If you do not live near Petoskey, MI please let us know and we will discuss different timeline options for gown returns. Curbside pickup and drop off appointments are available only during normal business hours. If dresses are damaged, fees will apply based on severity. A late fee of $50 per day will be assessed if gowns are not returned within the allotted time frame. All dresses returned will be treated with disinfectant and steamed at a high enough temperature to kill the bacteria.
