Shipping policy

Standard and UPS Shipped Orders (typically arrives within 5-7 business days).

Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders. Orders over $500 qualify for FREE SHIPPING for all IN STOCK items from our store to your home.  Orders $100-$499 qualify for our $15 Flat Rate Shipping option. Orders $99 and under qualify for our $10 Flat Rate Shipping option. All special orders will be charged an additional fee to get the products from our vendors to our store.

For orders placed by 1 p.m. ET Monday-Friday, most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be back-ordered. You will be informed if an item is back-ordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order, at this time you will also receive an approximate ship date.

We do NOT ship outside the United States.
